摘  要:针对光伏组件上灰尘降低光伏发电效率、影响光伏组件性能等现状,设计了一种光伏组件自动换行清洁机器人。该机器人包括清扫小车、换行小车、行走及换行轨道、锁紧装置及远程无线控制系统,清扫小车采用皮带刷上下清扫方式,换行小车负责运输清扫小车实现自动换行清扫。控制系统以ARM芯片MKW01Z128为主控芯片,清扫小车与换行小车之间可进行RF无线通信。样机现场试验表明:该清洁机器人清扫效率高、清扫效果良好,可以实现自动换行清扫、远程控制等功能,适用于大规模地面光伏电站。Based on the fact that dust reduces the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation and affects the performance of photovoltaic modules,an automatic row changing and cleaning robot for photovoltaic modules is designed.This robot includes a cleaning trolley,a row changing trolley,tracks for walking and row changing,a locking device and the remote wireless control system.The cleaning trolley uses a belt brush to clean up and down.The row changing trolley transports the cleaning trolley from one row to next row,realizing automatic row changing and cleaning.The main control chip of control system is an ARM chip,MKW01Z128,and RF wireless communication can be carried out between the cleaning trolley and the row changing trolley.The field experiment of the prototype shows that,this cleaning robot has high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning effect,which can realize automatic row changing and cleaning and remote controlling.It is suitable for large-scale ground photovoltaic power station.
