摘 要:目的 通过构建“知行结合”的三阶段中医辨证思维教学体系,将教育与学习、理论与实践相结合,为培养优秀的临床中医师奠定坚实基础。方法 选择2020年8月—2021年7月在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院肺病科轮转实习的72名中医专业的学生作为研究对象,随机均分为实验组、对照组。实验组采用知行结合的三阶段中医辨证思维教学体系,对照组采用传统讲课式教学模式。培养1个月后,通过考核以及问卷调查的方式,对教学效果进行评估。结果 实验组的理论知识成绩(85.21±8.63)分、临床技能成绩(82.94±10.83)分,均高于对照组的(81.05±8.11)分、(76.39±10.50)分(P<0.05);实验组在提高自主学习能力、提高学习效率、有助于记忆疾病特点、提高中医学习兴趣、提高沟通表达能力、对课程满意方面的肯定度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 知行结合的三阶段中医辨证思维教学体系有利于提高教学质量,构建中医临床思维,培养高水平中医人才。Objective To build a three-stage teaching system of TCM syndrome differentiation by“combination knowledge and ac-tion”,and to lay a solid foundation for training excellent clinical TCM physicians by combining education and learning,theory and practice.Methods Seventy-two TCM students rotating in The First Clinical Medical College of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental and control groups.The experi-mental group adopted the three-stage TCM evidence-based thinking teaching system of“combination knowledge and action”,while the control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching mode.After one month of training,the teaching effect was evaluated by means of assessment and questionnaire.Results The theoretical knowledge scores(85.21±8.63)and clinical skill scores(82.94±10.83)of the experimental group were higher than(81.05±8.11)and(76.39±10.50)of the control group respectively(P<0.05).The ex-perimental group was higher than the control group in improving autonomous learning ability,improving learning efficiency,helping to remember disease characteristics,improving interest in TCM learning,improving communication and expression ability,and being sat-isfied with the course(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-stage TCM evidence-based thinking teaching system of“combination knowl-edge and action”is conducive to improving teaching quality,building clinical thinking in TCM,and cultivating high-level TCM tal-ents.
