摘　　要：中医药高等职业教育是中医药人才培养过程中的重要环节,通过对高职针灸推拿专业课程群教学模式研究现状进行调研,提出基于虚拟仿真(VR)技术的教学模式改革,包括VR平台软件及数据库建设和针灸推拿课程群教学模式改革。在实践研究中完成了高职针灸推拿课程群VR教学平台搭建、建立了“师生VR智慧创新学习共同体”,并使课程思政有机融入VR教学改革,实现了强化教学环节、培养学生的岗位胜任力、巩固职业教育类型定位、推动中医职业教育高水平发展、提升职业教育人才培养质量的目标。Higher vocational education of traditional Chinese medicine is an important link in the training process of traditional Chi-nese medicine talents.Through the investigation of the current situation of the teaching mode of acupuncture and massage courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper put forward a reform method of the teaching mode of acupuncture and massage courses in higher vocational colleges Based on virtual reality technology,including the construction of virtual simulation platform software and database,and the teaching mode reform of acupuncture and massage courses.In the practical research,the virtual reality teaching platform of higher vocational acupuncture and massage course group has been built,the“virtual reality intelligent innovation learning community for teachers and students”has been established,and the curriculum ideology and politics have been organically integrated into the vir-tual reality teaching reform.It has achieved the goals of strengthening teaching links,cultivating students’development of“post com-petence”,consolidating the orientation of vocational education types,promoting the high-level development of vocational education of traditional Chinese medicine,and improving the quality of talent training in vocational education.
