摘 要:华北国医学院作为早期中医药院校之一,在中西医学术争论激烈的背景下,为中医药界培养了大批骨干人才。华北国医学院办学经验对中医教育有着重要意义。华北国医学院在课程设置、教学科研、医德培养等方面均能紧合时代特征,兼顾传统与创新,筛选出适合中医药传承发展的教育路径。当今中医师承教育可汲取华北国医学院的启示:其一,加强国学文化建设,增加文化素养,培养中医思维;其二,采用多元化教学,强化师承“一人多师”模式,集各家经验之所长;其三,进一步明确考核规范,重视医德,培养新一代“五育并举”的中医人。Under the background of fierce debate between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,as one of the early Chi-nese medicine colleges,North China National Medical College has trained a large number of backbone talents for the field of traditional Chinese medicine.Its school running experience is of great significance to the education of Chinese medicine.Giving consideration to tradition and innovation,North China National Medical College can closely conform to the characteristics of the times in terms of cur-riculum,teaching and scientific research and medical ethics training,thus to select an education path suitable for the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine.Therefore,today’s master-apprentice education of traditional Chinese medicine can learn from the enlightenment of North China Medical College,firstly,strengthening the construction of Chinese culture,increasing cultural literacy and cultivating traditional Chinese medicine thinking,secondly,adopting diversified teaching,strengthening the model of“one person with multiple teachers”for collecting the advantages of various experiences,thirdly,further clarifying the assessment norms,paying at-tention to medical ethics,and cultivating a new generation of Chinese medicine people who“develop five education simultaneously”.
