摘  要:健康服务与管理是一个新型专业,其培养模式和教学大纲等均处于探索阶段;其基础医学概论的教学也处于探索阶段。教学过程中有课时少、内容多、跨度大;教师在教学中交流少,知识衔接不紧密;专业针对性不强、培养目标不明确;教学评价体系单一等一系列问题。针对不同的问题,通过培训专业教师,修订教学大纲、优化知识结构,丰富教学方式和构建评价体系等措施可改善教学效果,提升学习成绩,但是也受到了很多现实条件的限制。Health service and management is a new major,its training mode and teaching syllabus are in the exploration stage.Simi-larly teaching of introduction to basic medicine is also in the exploration stage,there are problems of less class time,more content,span,teachers communicate less in teaching,knowledge cohesion is not close,lack of professional pertinence and unclear training ob-jectives in the teaching process.For different problems in the teaching process,professional teachers should be trained,the teaching syllabus should be revised to optimize the knowledge structure,teaching methods should be enriched and the evaluation system should be built to improve the teaching effect and academic performance.However,it is also limited by many practical conditions.
