茶白星病侵染对茶树特征性生化成分的影响及相关性分析

摘  要:为明确茶白星病侵染对茶树特征性生化成分的影响及病害程度与茶树生化成分的相关性,采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定健康鲜叶和茶白星病不同危害程度叶片中的茶多酚、游离氨基酸、没食子酸、可可碱、咖啡碱、茶氨酸、EGC、C、EC、EGCG、GCG和ECG含量,分析茶白星病侵染对茶树特征性生化成分的影响,并结合相关性分析和通径分析探讨茶树特征性生化成分与茶白星病危害严重度的关系。结果表明,茶白星病侵染后茶树叶片中游离氨基酸、茶氨酸含量升高,增加幅度分别在12%~54%和42%~83%之间,咖啡碱含量降低,降幅在10%左右。从健康鲜叶到重度受害鲜叶,可可碱、没食子酸、茶多酚、儿茶素总量、酯型儿茶素、EGCG、ECG和GCG含量变化一致,均呈现先下降后上升再下降趋势,中度受害叶片中含量最高;非酯型儿茶素、EGC和EC含量变化则截然相反,呈现先升高后下降再升高的趋势,中度受害叶片中含量最低。相关性分析显示,没食子酸和C含量与茶白星病病情指数呈显著和极显著正相关(相关系数分别为0.680和0.831),游离氨基酸和茶氨酸含量与茶白星病病情指数呈极显著负相关(相关系数分别为-0.990和-0.913)。通径分析结果表明茶氨酸和没食子酸是影响茶白星病危害严重度的主要决定性生化因子。This research aimed to investigate the effects of tea white scab disease infection on characteris-tic biochemical components in tea plant,and analyze the correlation between the components and injury extent.UV spectrophotometry and HPLC were used to determine the content of tea polyphenols,free amino acids,gallic acid,theobromine,caffeine,L-theanine,epigallocatechin(EGC),catechin(C),epicatechin(EC),epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),(-)-gallocatechin gallate(GCG)and epigallocatechin gallate(ECG)in healthy tea leaves and the tea leaves at different damage levels caused by tea white scab disease.Furthermore,correlation analysis and path analysis were used to ascertain the relationship between the characteristic bio-chemical components and the hazard severity of tea white scab disease.The results indicated that the content of free amino acid and L-theanine in tea leaves increased by 12%to 54%and 42%to 83%respectively after the damage of tea white scab disease,while that of caffeine decreased by about 10%.From healthy fresh leaves to severely damaged leaves,the changes of theobromine,gallic acid,tea polyphenols,total catechins,ester cat-echins,EGCG,ECG and GCG contents were consistent with a tendency from decline to rise and then decline,and the highest contents were found in moderately damaged leaves.On the contrary,the changes of non-ester catechins,EGC and EC contents showed a tendency from rise to decline and then rise,and the lowest contents were also found in moderately damaged leaves.The correlation analysis showed that the contents of gallic acid and C were significantly and extremely significantly positively correlated with the disease index of tea white scab disease with the correlation coefficients as 0.680 and 0.831,respectively.The contents of free amino acids and L-theanine were extremely significantly negatively correlated with the disease index of tea white scab disease with the correlation coefficients as-0.990 and-0.913,respectively.The results of path analysis showed that L-theanine and gallic acid wer
