摘　　要：目的探讨康复医学硕士专业学位研究生(简称专硕)住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)模式。方法根据2015年以来上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院康复医学科专硕来源住院医师的住培工作,总结其培训模式。结果康复医学科专硕来源的住院医师培训模式包括临床实践能力培养、科研能力培养和职业道德素质培养,需要结合住院医师自身水平,优化临床轮转计划,多途径开展临床培训,强化临床能力考核反馈,健全科研能力和职业道德素养培养机制和实施细节。结论优化住培模式有助于专硕来源的住院医师更好地完成住培和研究生教育,促进康复专硕住培质量提升。Objective To explore the mode of standardized residency training for professional postgraduates majoring in rehabilitation medicine.Methods Based on the residency training of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Xinhua Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine since 2015,the standardized residency training mode of professional postgraduates majoring in rehabilitation medicine was summarized.Results The mode of standardized residency training for professional postgraduates majoring in rehabilitation medicine included the cultivation of clinical practice ability,scientific research ability and professional ethical quality,which needed to be combined with the level of residents,to optimize the setting of clinical rotation program,to carry out clinical training in multiple ways,to strengthen the feedback of clinical ability assessment,and to improve the mechanism and implementation details of scientific research ability and professional ethical quality cultivation.Conclusion Optimizing the residency training mode of professional postgraduates majoring in rehabilitation medicine will help them complete the residency training and postgraduate education to a greater extent,and promote the quality of residency training.
