摘　　要：目的探讨在临床病理科住院医师规范化培训中建立肾活检病理培训教学新模式。方法从SP与数字化病理的概念和应用现状入手,以肾活检病理教学为切入点,探讨SP结合数字化病理教学模式构建的目的、方法和优点。结果成立教学团队选拔和培训SP志愿者,并建立数字化病理库,开展SP结合数字化病理教学实践活动。该教学模式能够提高临床病理科住院医师与肾脏病科住院医师的沟通能力,培养临床病理科住院医师的肾活检病理诊断思维,以及促进其对肾脏病临床和病理知识的掌握等。结论SP结合数字化病理教学模式有利于培养临床病理科住院医师的实践能力、创新能力和临床胜任力,值得在肾活检病理培训中开展。Objective To explore the establishment of a new teaching mode of renal biopsy pathology in the standardized training for clinical pathology residents.Methods Starting with the concept and current state of standardized patients and digital pathology,this paper discusses the purpose,method and advantages of constructing the teaching mode of SP combined with digital pathology by taking renal biopsy pathology teaching as a point of entry.Results A teaching team was set up to select and train SP volunteers,and a digital pathological database was established.Then,the teaching practice of SP combined with digital pathology was carried out,which had the advantages of improving the communication ability between pathologists and clinicians,cultivating the pathological diagnosis of renal biopsy,and promoting the mastery of knowledge.Conclusion The teaching mode of SP combined with digital pathology is beneficial to the cultivation of clinical pathology residents'practical ability,creative ability and clinical competency,which is worthy to be carried out in the training of renal biopsy pathology.
