摘  要:为培养机械工程类专业的学生具有分析精确机构和实践动手的综合能力,通过理论建模、数值计算、虚拟样机仿真分析等方法对含转动副间隙六杆机构实验教学平台进行动力学分析。建立转动副间隙数学模型;构建含转动副间隙六杆机构的动力学数学模型,并通过Matlab进行数值求解;基于ADAMS建立含转动副间隙六杆机构的虚拟样机模型,验证所建数学模型的正确性。可有效地帮助机械工程类专业的学生更好地掌握机构动力学的分析与仿真方法。In order to cultivate students majoring in mechanical engineering to have the comprehensive ability of analytical mechanism and practice,the dynamics analysis of the six bars experimental teaching platform with clearance is carried out through theoretical modeling,numerical calculation,virtual prototype simulation.Firstly,a mathematical model of the revolute clearance is established.Secondly,a dynamic model of the six bars mechanism with the revolute clearance is established,and the mathematical equations are solved numerically by Matlab.Finally,a virtual prototype model of six bars mechanism with revolute clearance is established based on ADAMS to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.It can effectively help students of mechanical engineering to better grasp the analysis and simulation methods of mechanism dynamics.
