高等院校师范生道德人格培育的质性研究

摘　　要：全文采用质性研究方法,对高等院校师范生进行半结构式访谈,运用扎根理论对访谈内容进行提取编码、分类后形成2个核心类别与21个主要类别。研究发现:由于社会环境、学校德育教育不充分及个体缺乏主体性等方面所带来的负面效应,高等院校师范生存在道德人格偏离、敬畏感弱化等问题。探讨通过充分发挥国家和社会对教师培育的积极作用、加强校园道德建设、充分发挥师范生主体作用等方式加强师范生道德人格培育。The study employs qualitative research methods,conducting semi-structured interviews with normal school students in colleges and universities,and uses grounded theory to extract and encode the content of the interviews,forming 2 core categories and 21 main categories.The research finds that due to the negative effects brought by factors such as the social environment,insufficient moral education in colleges and universities,and the lack of subjectivity among individuals,these students exhibit deviations in moral character and a weakened sense of awe.The study discusses promoting the cultivation of the students moral character by fully leveraging the positive roles of the state and society in their teacher training,strengthening the construction of moral ethos on campus,and fully exerting the subject role of normal school students.
