摘  要:作为高等教育的有机组成部分,高职高专院校有义务和责任激励教师通过科研工作的理论与实践提高教学和专业化水平,激发教师积极参与科研工作,促进教师的可持续发展。文章通过梳理高校教师发展与科研发展之间关系,发现现有的高职高专院校教师科研评价对促进教师发展的局限性,进而提出高校教师发展理念下高职高专教师科研评价革新的策略,以期引起各高职高专院校在科研管理过程中对科研评价的再思考。As an organic component of higher education,vocational colleges have the obligation and responsibility to motivate teachers to improve their teaching and professional level through the theory and practice of scientific research,stimulate their active participation in scientific research,and promote their sustainable development.The article explores the relationship between the development of university teachers and scientific research,and finds the limitations of existing scientific research evaluations of vocational college teachers in promoting teacher development.It then proposes strategies for reforming the scientific research evaluation of vocational college teachers under the concept of university teacher development,in order to stimulate further reflection on scientific research evaluation in the process of scientific research management in various vocational colleges.
