摘　　要：现阶段,以生为本理念在各个阶段教育中占据着极为重要的地位,将其科学准确地应用在基层开放大学管理工作中,会产生意想不到的效果。基于此,文章简单概述以生为本理念的主要内容,分析以生为本理念在基层开放大学管理工作中运用的必要性,探讨应用以生为本理念开展管理工作时遇到的挑战,研究以生为本理念在基层开放大学管理工作中的运用策略,以期为基层开放大学高质量高水平发展提供参考。At present,the student-centered concept occupies an extremely important position in various stages of education.Applying it scientifically and accurately to the management of grassroots open universities can produce unexpected results.Based on this,the article briefly outlines the main content of the student-centered concept,analyzes the necessity of applying the student-centered concept in the management of grassroots open universities,explores the challenges encountered in applying the student-centered concept in management work,and studies the application strategies of the student-centered concept in the management of grassroots open universities,in order to provide reference for the high-quality and high-level development of grassroots open universities.
