摘 要:教育质量观是主体对教育质量的观念性认识,是教育质量考察对象与教育质量评价标准两大基本内涵的有机统一。教育现代化进程下转变教育质量观意义重大,其具有特定逻辑遵循:明晰教育质量观是教育现代化目标实现的必要前提;教育质量观在我国教育改革发展历程中历经数次转变,始终发挥重要导向作用;教育质量观转变也是突破教育现代化现实局囿的必要抓手。教育现代化进程下,教育质量观应回归“人性”本位,重新明确“人的全面发展”目标;注重价值理性,打破工具理性的僭越,追求教育的“实质发展”而非“表面增长”;聚焦公平维度,重视教育质量与教育公平的二维耦合,将实现教育公平作为教育质量考察的重要内容与本质要求。The view of educational quality is the subject’s conceptual cognition of educational quality and the organic unity of the two basic connotations of the object of educational quality investigation and the standard of educational quality evaluation.It is of great significance to change the concept of educational quality in the process of educational modernization,which has a specific logic to follow:clear view of educational quality is the prerequisite for realizing the goal of educational modernization;educational quality concept undergoes several changes in the course of educational reform and development,and always plays an important guiding role;the change of educational quality view is also a necessary starting point to break through the reality of educational modernization.In the process of educational modernization,the concept of educational quality should return to the standard of“human nature”and clarify the goal of“human comprehensive development”;pay attention to value rationality,breaking the usurpation of instrumental rationality,and pursue the“substantial development”rather than the“superficial growth”of education;focus on the dimension of equity,attaching importance to the twodimensional coupling of educational quality and educational equity.The realization of educational equity should be regarded as an important content and essential requirement of educational quality inspection.
