基于1+X证书的“化工单元操作技术”课程“岗课证”融合教学改革探索

摘　　要：高职课程在与1+X证书相融合的过程中需要立足于岗位需求,培养复合型的技术技能人才。分析了“化工单元操作技术”课程的现状与不足,阐述了“岗课证”融合的内涵与方式,重点说明了课程“岗课证”融合的具体实施路径:开展岗位能力层级与X证书分析,标准对接、优化课程教学体系与教学内容,完善教学资源与师资队伍建设,构建和丰富教学模式与教学方法等,以上措施推进了基于1+X证书的教学改革实践与创新。In the process of integrating higher vocational courses with 1+X certificates,it is necessary to training qualified people of composite technical skills base on the needs of the post.The article analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the Chemical Unit Operation Technology course,expounds the connotation and mode of the integration of“post curriculum certificate”,and focuses on the specific implementation ways of the integration of course post course certificate:carry out the analysis of post ability level and X certificate,connect standards,optimize the course teaching system and content,improve and build the teaching resources and teaching team,build and enrich the teaching mode and teaching methods,etc.It was promoted the practice and innovation of teaching reform based on 1+X certificate.
