摘  要:“食品酶学”是食品科学与工程专业的重要课程。根据食品酶学基础知识的特点,和新时代高校学生思想政治的要求,挖掘“食品酶学”课程及其相关研究领域成果中的思政元素并融入课堂的各个环节中,建立“食品酶学”课程的思政教育体系。探讨“食品酶学”课程思政教育体系在培养学生专业素质的构成,同时也能达到立德树人的目的,推动高校人才培养质量。“Food enzymology”is an important course for food science and engineering majors.According to the characteristics of the basic knowledge of food enzymology and the requirements of students’ideology and politics in the new era,explore the elements of ideology and politics in the course of“Food Enzymology”and its related research results,and integrate them into the classroom,so as to finally establish a system of ideology and politics education in the course of“Food Enzymology”.The final system of the“Food Enzymology”course is established.Discuss the formation of the“Food Enzymology”course of the ideological and political education system in the cultivation of students’professional qualities,and at the same time,it can achieve the purpose of moral and humanistic,and promote the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.
