摘  要:“仪器分析”课程是食品质量与安全专业的基础课,将思想政治元素融入其中,对培养学生的综合素质具有重要意义。基于“仪器分析”教学过程中面临的各种问题,提出以提升教师素质、调整教学目标、挖掘内在思政价值、优化教学内容为路径的课程思政建设策略体系,并设计具有创新精神与爱国精神、诚信精神、社会责任的教学案例,力求实现潜移默化地渗透思政内容,取得协同育人的效应,也为推进专业教育与思想政治教育深度融合提供新视角。“Instrumental Analysis”course is a foundational course in the field of food quality and safety.Integrating elements of ideology and politics into it is of great significance for cultivating students’comprehensive qualities.Based on the various challenges faced during“Instrumental Analysis”teaching,a course ideology and politics construction strategy system was proposed,focusing on improving teacher quality,adjusting teaching objectives,exploring inherent ideological and political values,and optimizing teaching content.Innovative and patriotic,integrity,and social responsibility-focused teaching cases were designed,aiming to subtly infuse ideological and political content and to achieve a synergistic educational effect.It also provided a new perspective for promoting the deep integration of professional education and ideological and political education.
