摘 要:目的:分析2017—2022年防城港市食品中食源性致病菌监测结果。方法:实施采样监测程序,并对所获数据展开统计分析。结果:2017—2022年防城港市共检出致病菌289株,总体检出率为22.85%。在各类食品中,水产及其制品的致病菌检出率最高,为60.87%,其次是谷物及其制品(42.00%)和包装饮用水(40.00%)。结论:防城港市在食品安全领域仍面临一定的挑战,近期食源性致病菌污染的总检出率相较于2014—2016年的13.34%上升了9.51%,表明防城港市必须采取措施,有效控制病菌的扩散。Objective:To analyze the monitoring results of foodborne pathogens in food in Fangchenggang city from 2017 to 2022.Method:Sampling and monitoring procedures were implemented,and statistical analysis was carried out on the obtained data.Result:From 2017 to 2022,a total of 289 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in our city,with a total detection rate of 22.85%.Among all kinds of food,aquatic products and their products had the highest detection rate of pathogenic bacteria,which was 60.87%,followed by cereals and their products(42.00%)and packaged drinking water(40.00%).Conclusion:Fangchenggang city still faces certain challenges in the field of food safety.Recently,the total detection rate of foodborne pathogenic bacteria pollution has increased by 9.51%compared to 13.34%in 2014—2016,indicating a new trend in food safety in our city.
