摘　　要：随着对营养物质研究的深入,硒作为一种重要的生理保健物质引起了人们的广泛关注。本文简述硒的生理保健功能,归纳富硒食品的相关标准,提出富硒食品开发的方向。With the in-depth study of nutrients,organic selenium as an important physiological health substances has attracted wide attention.In this paper,the physiological health function of organic selenium is reviewed,the relevant standards of selenium-rich food are summarized,and the development direction of selenium-rich food is put forward.
