纤维素酶催化白藜芦醇苷为白藜芦醇的条件探究

摘  要:目的:探究特定纤维素酶是否具备将白藜芦醇苷转化为白藜芦醇的能力。方法:采用控制变量法和高效液相色谱法进行单因素试验,建立白藜芦醇苷反应体系,以明确目标纤维素酶转化白藜芦醇苷的可行性以及合适的反应条件。结果:目标纤维素酶可成功将白藜芦醇苷转化为白藜芦醇,在酶用量为4%、反应时间为16 h时,酶对底物的转化效果较好。但酶添加量和反应时间与酶活性之间并不是简单的剂量效应关系。结论:在一定条件下,目标纤维素酶能够有效催化白藜芦醇苷转化为白藜芦醇,从而促进白藜芦醇苷高值化利用。Objective:To investigate whether specific cellulases have the ability to convert resveratrol glycosides to resveratrol.Method:A single factor test was carried out by control variable method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to establish a resveratrol glycoside reaction system to clarify the feasibility and suitable reaction conditions for the conversion of target cellulase into resveratrol glycosides.Result:The target cellulase successfully converted resveratrol glycosides into resveratrol,and the enzyme had a good conversion effect on the substrate when the enzyme dosage was 4%and the reaction time was 16 h.However,there is no simple dose-response relationship between the amount of enzyme added and the reaction time and the enzyme activity.Conclusion:Under certain conditions,the target cellulase can effectively catalyze the conversion of resveratrol glycosides into resveratrol,thereby promoting the high-value utilization of resveratrol glycosides.
