终身学习视域下高校继续教育模式

摘　　要：随着社会快速发展和知识爆炸式增长,终身学习已成为现代社会的必然需求。高校继续教育作为满足人们终身学习需求的重要途径,需要不断创新和改进其教育模式。首先,探讨了终身学习视域下高校继续教育的重要性,分析了终身学习对高校继续教育提出的要求;接着,对现有高校继续教育模式存在的问题进行了分析,包括学员需求与现有模式不匹配、教学内容与实际需求脱节、学习方式和教学手段滞后以及学习评价机制不完善等。在此基础上,提出了终身学习视域下高校继续教育模式创新的策略与建议。With the rapid development of society and the acceleration of knowledge updating,lifelong learning has become an inevitable demand of modern society.As an important way to meet people’s lifelong learning needs,continuing education in colleges and universities needs to innovate and improve its education model.This paper first discusses the importance of continuing education in colleges and universities from the perspective of lifelong learning,and analyzes the requirements of lifelong learning for continuing education in colleges and universities.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the problems existing in the current continuing education model in universities,including the mismatch between learners’needs and the existing model,the disconnection between the teaching content and actual needs,the lag in learning methods and teaching methods,and the imperfect learning evaluation mechanism,it puts forward the direction and strategy of the construction of college continuing education model from the perspective of lifelong learning.
