摘　　要：民族职业教育在实现中华民族共同体共同理想、共同目标以及共享发展机会、共建精神家园等方面肩负着神圣使命,同时由于发展上的全国支持性、与区域经济发展的紧密啮合性、教育模式上的强烈实践性以及教育内容上的鲜明融创品格,在铸牢中华民族共同体意识方面具有不可替代的先天优势。要在提高政治站位、夯实基石地位、明确发展方位和特色定位的基础上,处理好发展过程中的一系列对立统一关系,包括在人才培养目标上要“铸魂”与“培能”并重,在教育支援理念上要“道义”与“共赢”并重,在人才培养面向上要“本地”与“全国”兼顾,在教育发展方向上要“现代”与“特色”兼顾。Ethnic vocational education has a sacred mission in realizing the common ideal and common goal of the Chinese national community,sharing development opportunities and building a spiritual homeland.At the same time,due to the national support for development,the close engagement with regional economic development,the strong practicality of the educational mode,and the distinctive fusion and creation character of the educational content,it has irreplaceable innate advantages in solidifying the awareness of the Chinese national community.Based on improving the political stand,strengthening the cornerstone status,and clarifying the development direction and characteristic positioning,it is necessary to deal with a series of relationships of the unity of opposites,including laying equal emphasis on“Casting soul”and“Cultivating ability”in the goal of training talents,and on“Morality”and“Win-win”in the idea of educational support,we should give consideration to both“Local”and“National”in personnel training,and“Modern”and“Characteristic”in the direction of education development.
