摘  要:专业教师是高职院校课程思政建设的主力军,其教学能力直接影响课程思政的效果。因此,要加强宣传教育和培训,增强专业课教师的课程思政意识、提高专业课教师的政治素养,发挥课程思政示范课的引领作用,对接就业岗位需求,持续推进课程思政建设,构建课程思政育人效果的考核评价体系,从而提升专业课教师对课程思政的整体设计能力,使之将思政元素更好地融入专业教学,提高学生的思想政治素养,实现专业教学与思想品德教育的有机统一。只有这样,才能培养出更多新时代社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人。Teachers in higher vocational colleges are the main force of curriculum ideological and political reform,and their teaching ability directly affects the effect of curriculum ideological and political education.In order to ensure that the curricu-lum ideological and political education can continue to be promoted,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of curriculum ideological and political education awareness and teaching ability of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward specific measures and suggestions from five aspects:improving the political literacy of teachers of profes-sional courses,improving the ability to cultivate students'humanistic literacy,improving the overall design ability of ideologi-cal and political teaching content of the curriculum,docking job needs,strengthening the leading role of ideological and po-litical demonstration courses of the curriculum,and constructing the teaching evaluation system of ideological and political ed-ucation effects of the curriculum.Only by improving teachers ideological and political teaching ability,especially professional teachers,wecan better integrate ideological and political elements into professional teaching,achieve the organic unity of tal-ent education and moral education,and better cultivate qualified socialist successors in the new era.
