摘　　要：课程思政是一种新的学校教育理念,是新时期高校人才培养和思想政治教育方面的新要求、新方向、新举措。要加强课程思政建设,推动各类专业课程与思想政治理论课同向同行。课程思政理念下,高职院校食品检验检测技术专业要加强教师业务培训,努力提高教师的教学能力,同时组建专业教学团队,探索课程思政的实施路径,确保课程思政要求落地落实、课程思政建设见功见效。As a new educational concept,curriculum ideology and politics is a new requirement,new measure and new direc-tion for strengthening talent training and ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.To strengthen the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,it is necessary to promote various professional courses and ideological and political theory courses in the same direction.Therefore,in the teaching of higher vocational food inspec-tion and testing technology,teachers should focus on improving their own course ideological and political ability,actively set up a professional teaching team for course ideology and politics,clarify the implementation path of course ideology and poli-tics,and ensure that the course ideological and political construction is implemented and effective.
