摘　　要：近三年受疫情影响,各行各业受到不同程度冲击。新冠疫情的冲击给社会经济发展带来极大的考验。各行各业遭受不同程度的冲击,很多企业开工率只达60%。同时,国际形势不乐观,造成外贸业务受阻。对传统厨房炊具产业造成了不同程度的影响。炊具是老百姓生活的重要组成部分,此报告基于对企业年报数据反馈以及行业调研,结合目前国内外形势,总结各类趋势和数据结果,为行业发展及市场导向提供一定借鉴意义。In the past three years,various industries have been affected to varying degrees by the epidemic.The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has brought great challenges to social and economic development.Various industries have suffered a 10%-30%reduction in impact,and many enterprises have only achieved a 60%operating rate.At the same time,the international situation is not optimistic,causing obstacles to foreign trade business.It has had varying degrees of impact on the traditional kitchen and cookware industry.Cooking utensils are an important component of people's lives.This report is based on feedback on enterprise annual reports and industry research,combined with the current domestic and international situation,summarizing various trends and data results,and providing certain reference significance for industry development and market orientation.
