摘　　要：高校班主任作为大学生教育的中坚力量,是连接学校和学生的桥梁,起着承上启下的作用。中医药是我国民族文化的瑰宝,中药学类班主任不仅承担本科生的教育工作,还肩负中医药文化在大学青年中传承的任务。因此,不断思考如何更好地开展中药学类班主任的工作是十分重要的。此文从主题班会的召开和自我提升两个方面探讨了中药学类专业班主任工作的开展,以期为大学教育提供些许思考。Class teacher,as the backbone of college students’education,are the bridge connecting schools and students,and play a role in connecting the past and the next.Traditional Chinese medicine is the treasure of our national culture,and the head teacher of Chinese pharmacy not only undertakes the education of undergraduates,but also shoulders the task of inheriting traditional Chinese medicine culture among college youth.Therefore,it is very important to constantly think about how to better carry out the work of class teachers in Chinese pharmacy.This paper discussed the work of the class teacher in charge of Chinese pharmacy from two aspects of the holding of the theme class meeting and self-improvement,in order to provide some thoughts for college education.
