摘 要:随着国家现代化治理战略的持续推进,职业教育治理工作不断深化。在此背景下,如何提升治理能力、建设现代治理体系成为“十四五”时期社会各界关注的焦点。历经多年实践探索,我国现代职业教育治理工作已取得卓越成效。但与此同时,职业教育现代化治理体系建设仍面临治理制度设计瑕玷、治理主体地位弱化、治理手段滞后的现实问题。因此,“十四五”时期我国可从完善治理制度内容设计、满足多元治理主体地位需求、优化治理手段等方面出发,构建现代职业教育治理体系。With the continuous advancement of the national modernization governance strategy,the vocational education governance continues to deepen.In this context,how to improve the governance capacity and build a modern governance system has become the focus of all walks of life during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.After years of practice and exploration,China's modern vocational education governance has achieved outstanding results.However,at the same time,the construction of the modern governance system of vocational education still faces some practical problems,such as the defects in the design of governance system,the weakening of governance subject status,and the lag of governance means.Therefore,during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China can build a modern vocational education governance system from the perspective of improving the governance system content design,meeting the status needs of multiple governance subjects,and optimizing the governance means.
