摘　　要：王阳明是我国古代著名的儒家思想代表、阳明心学创始人,其领导力思想是阳明心学在军事行动中的具体体现。王阳明领导和指挥的三次军事行动集中反映出了其领导力的基本结构:有效的领导沟通能力、领导组织变革能力和战略领导能力。在企业管理实践中,企业领导者需要通过出色的战略领导能力、沟通交流能力引导企业组织实施变革,促进企业更好适应内外部环境的变化,从而实现企业的战略目标。Wang Yangming,a prestigious Confucianism representative in ancient China,is the founder of Yangming s Mind-Theory,which is concretely manifested in his leadership ideology in military operations.The three military operations led and commanded by Wang Yangming reflect the basic structure of his leadership:effective communication ability,organizational reform ability,and strategic ability.In the practice of enterprise management,business leaders need excellent strategic leadership and communication skills to lead the organization changes,to promote better adaptation of the enterprise to the internal and external environment changes,and thus to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.
