摘　　要：遗传学实验是高师院校生物科学专业的核心实验课程。在新时代教育教学改革及课程思政教育大背景下,将思政教育全面渗透于遗传学实验教学内容中,对培养学生的基本科研素养与创新实践能力具有重要意义。介绍了遗传学实验课程思政教学的方法与路径,并在思政元素挖掘、课程体系优化、思政案例库构建等方面进行了探索与实践,以期为培养卓越的中学生物教育师资奠定基础。Genetic experiment is the core experimental course for students majoring in biological sciences in the higher normal universities.Under the background of education and teaching reform and curriculum ideological and political education in the new era,it is necessary to comprehensively integrate the ideological and political education into the teaching process of genetics experiment,which is of great significance to cultivate students'basic scientific research quality and innovative practical ability.This paper introduced the methods and paths of ideological and political teaching in genetics experiment course,and explored and practiced the ideological and political element mining,curriculum system optimization,and construction of ideological and political database,in the hope of laying foundation for cultivating excellent middle school biology teachers.
