摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂教学模式在手术室护生实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2022年6月至2022年12月进入手术室实习的30名护生作为对照组,采用常规教学方法,按教学大纲实施集中的PPT讲课及技能操作授课。将2023年1月至2023年6月进入手术室实习的30名护生作为实验组,采用翻转课堂教学模式。对比两组护生理论成绩、技能操作成绩及护生、教师满意度。结果实验组护生理论、技能考核成绩高于对照组;实验组护生在自我导向能力、学习态度、解决问题能力方面满意度评分高于对照组;实验组教师在自主学习能力、沟通能力、应急能力方面满意度高于对照组。结论将翻转课堂应用于护理实习教学中,为护生提供理论与实际操作相结合的充分展现自我的机会,能够提升自信心,使其积极主动地参与教学过程,激发学习兴趣,更好地发现、分析、解决问题,提高岗位胜任能力。护生理论知识、技能操作考核合格率提升,自我导向能力增强,教学满意度提升。教师对护生在自主学习、沟通能力、应急能力方面满意度提升,取得了良好的教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of the Flipped classroom teaching model in the practice teaching of nursing students in the operating room.Method A total of 30 nursing students who entered the operating room for internship from June 2022 to December 2022 in our hospital were selected as the control group.Conventional teaching methods were used,and centralized PPT lectures and skill operation lectures were implemented according to the teaching outline.The 30 nursing students who entered the operating room from January 2023 to June 2023 were taken as the experimental group,and the Flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted.Compare the theoretical performance,skill operation performance,and satisfaction of nursing students and teachers between two groups of nursing students.Result The theoretical and skill assessment scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group;The satisfaction scores of the experimental group nursing students in self-directed ability,learning attitude,and problem-solving ability were higher than those of the control group;The satisfaction of the experimental group teachers in terms of autonomous learning ability,communication ability,and emergency response ability is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of Flipped classroom in nursing practice teaching provides nursing students with the opportunity to fully demonstrate themselves by combining theory with practice,enhance self-confidence,actively participate in the teaching process,stimulate learning interest,better discover,analyze and solve problems,and improve job competency.The passing rate of theoretical knowledge and skill operation assessment for nursing students has been improved,their self-directed ability has been enhanced,and teaching satisfaction has been improved.Teachers'satisfaction with nursing students'self-directed learning,communication ability,and emergency response ability has been improved,achieving good teaching results.
