精益思维在广东省儿科住院医师规范化培训结业临床实践能力考核中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精益思维应用于广东省儿科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)结业临床实践能力考核的效果分析。方法根据精益思维理念,结合广东省儿科住培结业临床实践能力考核要求进行规范管理。精益思维实施前后对考务工作人员进行问卷调查,并提取2021年及2022年考官和考生满意度调查数据,评估精益思维实施效果。结果实施精益思维后,考务工作人员对精益思维了解程度明显提高(P<0.05);96.83%工作人员认为精益思维能有效提升工作效率,所有工作人员对精益思维的实施成效感到满意;精益思维实施后考官及考生对考务工作满意程度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论采用精益思维进行广东省儿科住培结业考核管理有利于提高工作人员效率和质量,保证考核过程的一致性,为组织大规模多地区统一的教学活动提供一定的借鉴意义。Objective To explore the effects of lean thinking applied to clinical skills assessment of standardized training of pediatric residents in Guangdong Province.Methods According to the concept of lean thinking,combined with the requirements of clinical practice assessment after standardized training of pediatric residents in Guangdong Province,standardized management was carried out.Before and after the implementation of the test,we conducted questionnaire surveys of staff,and extracted the satisfaction survey data of examiners and examinees in 2021 and 2022 to evaluate the implementation of lean thinking.Results After the implementation of lean thinking,the staff's understanding of lean thinking was significantly improved(P<0.05).96.83%of the staff believed that lean thinking could effectively improve work efficiency,and all the staff were satisfied with the implementation effect of lean thinking model;After the implementation of lean thinking,the examiners'and examinees'satisfaction with the examination work was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting lean thinking to carry out standardized training for pediatric residents in Guangdong Province is beneficial to improve the efficiency and quality of staff.Lean thinking provides a strong guarantee for the smooth completion assessment of clinical practice ability,ensures the consistency of the assessment process,and brings a certain reference for the organization of large-scale multi-regional unified teaching activities.
