基于腾讯会议的线上PBL教学在运动系统疾病临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨并比较线下以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)教学和基于腾讯会议的线上PBL教学在运动系统疾病临床教学应用中的教学效果和满意度。方法选取2019年、2020年参与运动系统疾病学习的临床医学八年制学员为研究对象,2019年参与线下PBL教学的48名学员为线下PBL教学组,2020年参与基于腾讯会议的线上PBL教学的48名学员为线上PBL教学组。比较两组学员的课程实施、理论考试(病例分析题)成绩,并进行教学满意度反馈问卷调查。结果两组学员的课程实施、理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PBL教学满意度反馈结果差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比线下PBL教学,基于腾讯会议的线上PBL教学打破了空间的限制,并且能够取得相同的教学效果和满意度。Objective To investigate the teaching effect and satisfaction of online problem-based learning teaching on Tencent Meeting in medical undergraduates.Methods Forty-eight students in 2019underwent traditional problem-based learning,and forty-eight students in 2020 underwent online problem-based learning on Tencent Meeting.The scores of the two groups were compared and a questionnaire survey was also conducted.Results There were no significant differences in the lecture scores and examination scores between the two groups(P>0.05).And there was also no significant difference in the teaching satisfaction scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Online problem-based learning teaching on Tencent Meeting breaks the limitation of learning space compared with traditional problem-based learning teaching,while similar teaching effects can be achieved in both groups.
