摘　　要：医学模拟教育在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的作用日益凸显,同质化的师资是保障医学模拟教学质量和住培质量的重要支撑,也是模拟教学推广和发展的前提和关键。我国医学模拟教育师资相对缺乏,特别是缺少同质化的模拟教学师资的保障和培养体系,成为限制我国医学模拟教育健康发展和影响住院医师临床岗位胜任力的关键问题。中南大学湘雅二医院作为国内较早通过国际医学模拟协会认证的机构,针对师资保障和培养问题制定了包括医学模拟教育鼓励和激励政策、建立了同质化师资培养目标和StopRescale培养流程、考核标准等一系列措施,为该院及国内多家大型医院培养了一批具有医学模拟教学胜任力及自主课程开发能力的医学模拟教育师资,保障了住培质量。The role of simulation medical education is increasingly prominent in the field of residency training.Homogeneous teachers are an important support to guarantee the quality of simulation education and residency training,as well as the key for the promotion and development of simulation education.However,the relative lack of simulation instrustors in China,especially the lack of homogeneous guarantee and training system of simulation teachers,has become a key problem restricting the development of simulated medical education in China and the clinical competence of residents.As a cenrer certified by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare earlier,we have built some encouragement and incentive policies for teachers and established the homogeneous teacher training target and Stop-Rescale training program,as well as a series of evaluation standards.We have trained a batch of medical education teachers with simulation teaching competence and independent development ability of simulated courses for our hospital and domestic large hospitals,ensuring the quality of the standardized residency training.
