2002年—2021年我国全科医学教育研究--基于NoteExpress的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国近20年全科医学教育研究热点及其变化趋势。方法于中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库检索全科医学教育相关文献,检索时间为2002年1月1日至2021年12月31日,检索范围为中文文献,检索内容为包括全科在内的医学教育、住院医师规范化培训、规范化培训、继续教育及转岗培训,统计指标为年发文量、发文主题、核心作者等。结果2002年—2021年我国共发表4198篇全科医学教育文章,发文量呈逐年上升趋势,2011年—2012年上升显著。全科医学、全科医生、全科医师、规范化培训、全科医学教育、医学教育、社区卫生服务、教育、住院医师规范化培训、转岗培训、培训、人才培养、医学、培养模式和继续教育等是近年来全科医学教育的研究主题。前10位核心作者集中于北京市、上海市和杭州市。结论我国全科医学教育研究发展态势良好,研究主题以全科医学、全科医生及相关教育为主,但存在地区不平衡的现象,需要进一步加强中西部地区的全科医学教育。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of medical education research in general practice in China from 2002 to 2021.Methods'General practice'and'medical education''general practice'and'standardized residency training''general practice'and'standardized training','general practice'and'continuous education''general practice'and'post-graduate training'were searched in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database.The retrieval time and scope was from January 1,2002 to December 31,2021 in Chinese.The statistical indicators were the annual number of publications,the topics,top authors,and so on.Results Between 2002 and 2021,a total of 4198 articles were published in medical education in China,showing an annual upward trend,with an obvious upward trend in 2011 and 2012.Recent research topics in general practice education were general practice,general practitioner,standardized training,general practice education,medical education,community health service,education,standardized residency training,post-graduate training,training,talent training,teaching mode,continuous education and so on.The majority of top ten authors were located in Beijing,Shanghai and Hangzhou.Conclusions The medical education research in general practice has developed well in China,but still has regional imbalance.The theses are general practice,general practitioners and related medical education.It is necessary to further strengthen general practice education in the Central and Western China.
