摘　　要：“新农科建设”为我国高等院校农业资源与环境专业创新人才培养模式指明了新的方向。“植物营养与肥料”是农业资源与环境专业最重要的专业领域之一,通过分析“植物营养与肥料”类课程教学建设的必要性和实践教学中存在的问题,提出应从行业发展和国家需求角度树立教学理念、从实践教学的各环节来加强改革与创新等措施,旨在提高农资专业人才培养质量,满足“新农科建设”背景下社会对农资专业人才的需求。"New agricultural subject construction"points out a new direction for the cultivation mode of innovative talents for agricultural resources and environment major in Chinese colleges and universities."Plant nutrition and fertilizer"is one of the most important professional fields of agricultural resources and environment major.By analyzing the necessity of teaching construction of"plant nutrition and fertilizer"course and the problems existing in practical teaching,measures are proposed that the teaching concept should be established from the perspective of industry development and national demand,and reform and innovation should be strengthened from each link of practical teaching,so as to improve the training quality of agricultural materials professional talents and meet the social demand for agricultural materials professional talents under the background of"new agricultural science construction".
