摘 要:目的:调研大众对代糖食品的接受度及了解程度。方法:采取问卷调查、市场调研相结合的方法进行调查研究。结果:仅有25.51%的人接受并有意食用代糖;在非代糖使用者中,有34.99%的人群因不了解代糖而不使用或不主动食用代糖;针对代糖不良影响的分析,有43.48%的代糖食用者和34.49%的非代糖食用者认为代糖食品无不良影响,另外代糖使用者中明确健康需求者占比较大(92.03%)。由此可见,大众对代糖的接受程度较低,而且对代糖的不良影响与健康益处认知不足。结论:我国应当加大对代糖健康效益和潜在风险的科普力度,规范代糖的市场与宣传,使大众在充分了解代糖优劣的情况下更加理智地选择代糖产品。Objective:To investigate the public's acceptance and understanding of sugar substitute foods.Method:Questionnaire survey and market research were adopted.Result:Only 25.51% accepted and intended to eat sugar substitutes;among non-sugar substitute users,34.99% do not use or actively eat sugar substitute because they do not understand sugar substitute.According to the analysis of the adverse effects of sugar substitute,43.48% of sugar substitute consumers and 34.49% of non-sugar substitute consumers believed that sugar substitute foods had no adverse effects,and a relatively large number of sugar substitute users had clear health needs(92.03%).It can be seen that the public's acceptance of sugar substitutes is low,and there is a lack of awareness of the adverse effects and health benefits of sugar substitutes.Conclusion:China should strengthen the science popularization of the health benefits and potential risks of sugar substitute,regulate the market and publicity of sugar substitute,so that the public can choose sugar substitute products more rationally under the condition of fully understanding the advantages and disadvantages of sugar substitute.
