摘 要:随着社会经济水平不断发展,人们对于饮食健康与营养摄入有了一定的认知,孕妇孕期营养、健康情况受到全社会的普遍关注。孕妇作为一个特殊的群体,其每日膳食营养摄入情况直接影响母体健康、胎儿生长发育情况。孕期母体营养摄入不均衡可引发妊娠期糖尿病等多种并发症,还可导致胎儿产生畸形、体质低下、智力发育受损等出生缺陷。本文主要研究了孕妇孕期膳食营养摄入现状,探讨了孕期膳食营养不均衡的根本原因并提出了具体应对策略,以期提高全社会对于合理安排与配置孕妇孕期膳食营养的关注度。With the continuous development of social economy,people have a certain understanding of dietary health and nutritional intake.The nutrition and health of pregnant women during pregnancy have been widely concerned by the whole society.As a special group,pregnant women's daily dietary nutrition intake directly affects maternal health and fetal growth and development.Imbalanced maternal nutrition intake during pregnancy can lead to a variety of complications such as gestational diabetes,and can also lead to birth defects such as fetal malformations,low physical fitness,and impaired intellectual development.This paper mainly studies the current situation of dietary nutrition intake of pregnant women during pregnancy,discusses the root causes of unbalanced dietary nutrition during pregnancy and puts forward specific coping strategies,in order to improve the attention of the whole society to the rational arrangement and allocation of dietary nutrition of pregnant women during pregnancy.
