大米质量安全管理与其检验方式探讨

摘  要:随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品安全和质量的关注度也越来越高。大米作为人们日常饮食中不可或缺的主食之一,其质量安全管理和检验方式备受关注。基于此,本文分析了大米的质量安全管理与其检验方式,通过综合分析大米质量安全管理的现状和问题,提出了大米质量安全管理的优化措施,以保障大米质量和安全。With the improvement of living standards,people are more and more concerned about food safety and quality.As one of the indispensable staple foods in people’s daily diet,the quality and safety management of rice and its inspection methods have attracted much attention.Based on this,this paper analyzes the quality and safety management of rice and its inspection methods,and puts forward the optimization measures for the quality and safety management of rice by comprehensively analyzing the status quo and problems of the quality and safety management of rice,so as to guarantee the quality and safety of rice.
