摘 要:“夜气”之用始于《孟子》。明代以前,有关“夜气”的解读是为追求养身修炼之目的,赵岐又进一步指出带有“性善”的“思欲”取向得以留存“夜气”。宋儒注重以“理”的角度加以诠释,朱熹则强调留存“夜气”要以“心”为重点,提升心性修养,但未将“心”提高到本体地位。明代时期,以阳明心学为中心,在心学范畴内依主观体认将“夜气”解推向了多义性与多元化,极大程度的与市井生活和个人性情相融合。此外,“夜气”解的核心要素受明代心学思潮影响而得以稳固,其诠释趋向对新时代仍有启示意义。The term“Restorative Influence of the Night”(Ye Qi)first appeared in Mencius.Before the Ming Dynasty,“Restorative Influence of the Night”was interpreted for pursuing physical health and cultivation.Zhao Qi further pointed out that the orientation of“thinking and desiring”with“good nature”could keep the“Restorative Influence of the Night”.Confucian scholars in the Song Dynasty paid attention to understanding it from the perspective of Neo-Confucianism,while Zhu Xi emphasized that for the retention of“Restorative Influence of the Night”,one should focus on"mind"and enhance the cultivation of mind.But he didn’t elevate"mind"to the status of noumenon.In the Ming Dynasty,with Yangming's mind theory as the center,the interpretation of"Restorative Influence of the Night"was diversified in the category of mind theory according to subjective recognition.This term was greatly integrated with the life of the city and personal temperament.In addition,the core elements for the interpretation of"Restorative Influence of the Night"were stabilized under the influence of Trend of Idealism in Ming Dynasty,and its interpretation is still instructive for the new era.
