摘  要:提高奶牛饲料二十二碳六烯酸(Docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)摄入量可以增加牛乳中DHA含量,其生产的内源DHA牛乳比外源(添加)DHA牛乳有更好的感官品质。研究旨在比较2种牛乳中DHA在机体内吸收和排泄的差异,选取SPF级雄性大鼠作为试验动物,分别灌注内源DHA牛乳、外源DHA牛乳和饲喂添加藻油饲料,DHA摄入量分别为6.75、11.25 mg/kg和200 mg/kg,收集灌胃(饲喂)后0、1、2、4、8、12、24 h大鼠血清和粪便样品,并检测样品中的DHA含量,分析DHA在大鼠体内的药代动力学参数和排泄率。结果表明,添加藻油饲料组与牛乳灌胃组在DHA达峰时间(t_(max))、峰值浓度(c_(max))、药时曲线下面积(AUC_(0~t))等参数有显著差异,内源DHA牛乳在校正药时曲线下面积(AUC_(0~t_D_obs))有高于外源DHA牛乳的趋势,且粪便DHA排泄率显著低于后者。因此,内源DHA牛乳的DHA吸收效率高于外源DHA牛乳。Increasing dietary docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)intake of dairy cows would increase the DHA content in milk,and the endogenous DHA milk produced by dairy cows has better sensory quality than exogenous(added)DHA milk.The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in the absorption and excretion of DHA from two kinds of milk in the body.Male rats with SPF grade were selected as test animals and fed endogenous DHA milk,exogenous DHA milk and algal oil supplemented diets,respectively,and average intake of DHA were 6.75,11.25,200 mg/kg in each corresponding group.Serum and fecal samples were collected at 0,1,2,4,8,12,24 h after intake,and DHA content in the samples was detected.The pharmacokinetic parameters and excretion rate of DHA in rats were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences between the algal oil group and the DHA milk groups in terms of DHA peak time,peak concentration and area under the curve at drug time.The area under the curve of endogenous DHA milk was higher but not significant,than that of exogenous DHA milk,and the fecal DHA excretion rate was significantly lower than that of the latter.Therefore,the DHA absorption efficiency of endogenous DHA milk is higher than that of exogenous DHA milk.
