摘 要:针对高职院校供用电技术专业人才培养,对电力企业供用电技术人才素质、知识和技能需求进行调研,分析高职电力类专业人才培养现状及存在的问题,从构建校企合作长效机制、共同确定人才培养目标等6个方面进行改革,创新人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量,推动高职院校电力类专业人才培养模式的改革和发展。Focusing on the talent cultivation in power distribution and utilization technology major in higher vocational colleges,the qualities,knowledge,and skills required by electric power enterprises for talents in power distribution and utilization technologymaior are investigated.The current status and issues of talent cultivation in electric power-related majors in higher vocational colleges are an-alyzed.Necessary reforms are proposed in six aspects,including establishing a school-enterprise cooperation long-term mechanism and jointly determining talent cultivation goals,so as to innovate the talent cultivation mode,enhance the quality of talent cultivation,and promote the reform and development of talent cultivation modes for power-related majors in higher vocational colleges.
