摘  要:怀特海是过程教育哲学的创始人,他以整体视野和整合多元的方法论来认识现代教育,构建了以创造性、生活性、自由性与和谐性为特征的教育哲学思想。基于怀特海过程教育哲学反观我国幼儿园教学现状,其功利主义的教学目的扼杀了幼儿的创造力、学科取向的教学内容脱离了幼儿的生活、高控制的教学过程忽略了幼儿的主体性、片面的教学评价影响了幼儿的和谐发展。怀特海的教育哲学思想启示我们应将幼儿园教学过程视为幼儿生命的成长过程,要激发幼儿的创造精神、回归幼儿生活、尊重幼儿个性、强调幼儿的和谐发展。Whitehead is the founder of the philosophy of process education.He understands modern education with a holistic vision and an integrated and diverse methodology,and constructs an educational philosophy characterized by creativity,vitality,freedom and harmony.Based on the Whitehead process education philosophy,looking at the current situation of kindergarten teaching in my country,its utilitarian teaching purpose stifles children's creativity,the subject-oriented teaching content is out of children's lives,and the highly controlled teaching process ignores children's subjectivity and one-sidedness.Teaching evaluation affects the harmonious development of young children.Whitehead's educational philosophy suggests that we should regard the teaching process of kindergarten as the growth process of children's life,stimulate children's creative spirit,return to children's life,respect children's personality,and emphasize children's harmonious development.
