摘 要:英国近年来不断加强民族文化遗产与艺术教育,一方面期望下一代能够传承创新其引以为豪的历史文化遗产;另一方面愈发重视培育国家认同感。培养文化创意人才、保持创意经济发展优势也是其重视民族文化遗产与艺术教育的重要背景。英国通过一系列举措实施高质量的民族文化遗产与艺术教育,包括提供丰富多样的文化学习体验、开发共享优质的文化数字资源、搭建多元长效的合作伙伴网络、建立具体多维的评估与监测标准,以及开展系统持续的教师培训。借鉴英国经验,我国可向学生提供更多文化体验机会,聚焦学生文化创造力和创新力发展;加强文化数字化建设,充分释放文化资源活力;推动双向合作,激发合作的长远影响力;完善质量评估,健全监测督导机制。In recent years,the UK has continuously strengthened national cultural heritage and arts education.On the one hand,the UK hopes that the next generation can inherit and innovate its proud historical and cultural heritage;On the other hand,the UK has paid more attention to cultivating a sense of national identity.At the same time,nurturing cultural and creative talents and maintaining the advantages of creative economic development are also important contexts.It implements high-quality cultural heritage and arts education through a series of measures,including providing abundant and diverse cultural learning experiences,developing and sharing high-quality cultural digital resources,building a long-term and multi-faceted partnership network,establishing specific and multi-dimensional standard and quality assessment and organizing systematic teacher training.Drawing on the experience of the UK,China should focus on cultural experience and the development of students cultural creativity and innovation;strengthen the construction of cultural digitization and release resource vitality;promote two-way collaboration and stimulate the long-term impact of cooperation;improve quality assessment,monitoring and supervision mechanism.
