课程思政引领下土木类专业人才培养模式改革研究

摘　　要：课程思政建设是全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务,其本质在于立德树人。目前高校土木类专业人才培养模式中存在人才培养方案中立德树人要求不明确、师资队伍课程思政建设能力不足、专业知识与思政元素融合生硬、学生思政考核评价体系缺乏等问题。文章将课程思政融入土木类专业人才培养模式,从人才培养目标修订、师资队伍建设、课程思政框架构建及课程评价体系健全等方面进行研究,把思政教育贯穿始终,实现专业教育的增智与立德同行,为国家培养出政治方向正确、理论知识扎实、具备研究创新能力的土木类专业人才。Curriculum ideological and political construction is an important task to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,the essence of which lies in moral cultivation.At present,there are some problems in the training mode of civil engineering majors in colleges and universities,such as the requirement of talent training program is not clear,teaching staff’s ability of curriculum ideological and political construction is insufficient,the integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political elements is rigid,the evaluation system for student ideological and political assessment is lack,and etc.The article integrates ideological and political education into the talent training model of civil engineering majors,and conducts research from the aspects of revising talent training objectives,building a teaching staff,constructing a curriculum ideological and political framework,and improving the curriculum evaluation system,running ideological and political education through to the end,realizing the intellectual and moral enhancement of professional education,and cultivating civil engineering students with correct political direction,solid theoretical knowledge and research and innovation ability for the country.
