摘 要:通过文献分析发现,高等教育质量元评估研究的关注度波动提升,但发表总量不高;学术共同体初步形成,但学术合作网络稳定性和持续性不强;研究方向紧跟国家政策,其价值取向从科学化、计量化转向关注人本、促进质量提升和多元化,但研究成果与改革实践互融互促有待加强。可以通过创建“元评估”章程提供制度保障、根据教育改革目标任务完善程序机制、形塑元评估理念与文化等举措加快推进中国特色高等教育质量评估体系构建。Through literature analysis,the following findings have been identified.There is a fluctuating increase in attention of meta-evaluation research on the quality of higher education,but the overall quantity of publications is not high.The academic community is in the early stage of formation,however,the stability and sustainability of academic cooperation network are not strong.Research hotspots closely align with national policies,and value orientation has shifted from scientification and quantification towards human-centered approaches,quality improvement and diversification.However,the integration and mutual promotion between research results and reform practices need to be strengthened.These issues can be addressed by establishing a“meta-evaluation”charter to provide institutional support,refining procedures and mechanisms based on educational reform goals,and developing meta-evaluation culture,so as to accelerate the construction of higher education quality evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.
