摘 要:以富勒的关注阶段为理论基础,调查了576名准教师,具体了解了准教师的关注焦点和关注阶段。研究显示:准教师在没入职时对教师关注处于两种方向,一种是无关关注,另一种是“无焦点”的普遍关注,即没入职的准教师的关注阶段遍及了所有阶段,这种关注是没有焦点的,与富勒的准教师对和教学相关的内容不关注的结论的内涵不一致。无关关注、教师的普遍关注、作为新手教师的关注,这三个阶段共同构成准教师的生存关注阶段。Based on Fuller’s theory of stages of concern,a survey was conducted on 576 prospective teachers to gain a specific understanding of their focus and stages of concern.Research has shown that prospective teachers’concerns about teachers are in two directions when they are not employed,that is to say,irrelevant attention and“unfocused”general attention.It means that the concern stage of prospective teachers who are not employed covers all stages and this attention is unfocused,which is inconsistent with the connotation of Fuller’s conclusion that prospective teachers do not pay attention to teaching related content.The three stages of irrelevant attention,the general attention of teachers and the attention of novice teachers collectively constitute the survival concern stage of prospective teachers.
