摘  要:受温度及其它非线性因素影响,永磁同步电机(PMSM)运行过程中电阻、电感及磁链参数会发生变化,直接导致预测电流模型中电机参数与实际参数不符,影响系统控制性能。为提高系统参数的鲁棒性,针对一种三电平驱动的PMSM进行基于滑模观测器的参数抗扰动研究,电流内环采用等速趋近律滑模观测器来估计系统所受到的总参数扰动,并对模型电流预测控制器进行实时补偿;转速外环采用基于指数趋近律的滑模控制器实现;此外,针对传统预测电流控制中定子电流谐波分量大的问题,提出一种基于注入虚拟矢量的近似两电平SVPWM无差拍算法;最后,搭建Simulink仿真平台验证了所提控制理论的正确性与鲁棒性。Due to the influence of temperature and other nonlinear factors,the resistance,inductance,and flux parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) will change during operation,directly leading to inconsistencies between the motor parameters in the predicted current model and the actual parameters,affecting the system control performance.To improve the robustness of system parameters,this paper conducts a study on parameter anti-interference based on sliding mode observer for a three-level driven PMSM.The current inner loop uses a constant velocity approach law sliding mode observer to estimate the total parameter disturbance suffered by the system,and real-time compensation is performed on the model current predictive controller;The outer speed loop is realized by sliding mode controller based on exponential approach law;In addition,in response to the problem of large harmonic components of stator current in traditional predictive current control,an approximate two-level SVPWM deadbeat algorithm based on injection of virtual vectors is proposed.Finally,a Simulink simulation platform was built to verify the correctness and robustness of the proposed control theory.
