摘 要:建立科学合理的高职院校教师评价制度是保障高职院校教师队伍高质量发展的迫切需要和现实诉求。近年来,在《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》指引下,高职院校教师评价改革逐渐兴起,并成为国内学术界研究的热点话题,学术界围绕高职院校教师评价制度的评价主体、评价指标、评价方法及评价结果应用四个方面展开了广泛研究,形成了一系列创新观点。梳理、归纳、评述了以上四个方面研究的主要论域论点,提出了从视角上、内容上、层次上进一步深化研究的建议,可为构建符合教师长远发展需求的高职院校教师评价制度、提升教师评价制度改革相关研究水平提供参考。Establishing a scientific and reasonable teacher evaluation system in higher vocational colleges is an urgent need and realistic demand to ensure the high-quality development of the teacher team in higher vocational colleges.In recent years,under the guidance of the“Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era”,the reform of teacher evaluation in higher vocational colleges has gradually emerged and become a hot topic of research in the domestic academic community.The academic community has conducted extensive research around four aspects of the teacher evaluation system in higher vocational colleges,including evaluation subjects,evaluation indicators,evaluation methods,and application of evaluation results,and formed a series of innovative views.This article combs,summarizes,and comments on the main theoretical arguments of the above four aspects of research,and puts forward suggestions for further deepening research from the perspective,content,and level,which can provide a reference for constructing a teacher evaluation system in higher vocational colleges that meets the long-term development needs of teachers,and improving the research level related to the reform of teacher evaluation systems.
