摘　　要：课程融入思想政治元素是完成立德树人教学根本任务的有效途径之一,文章根据有机化学内容特点结合学生相关知识储备情况,引出有机化学课程与思政融合的必要性。通过分析课程思政教学存在的问题,以学生需求为导向,以立德树人为中心,提出加强教师队伍建设,深入挖掘有机化学内容相关的思政元素,探究有机化学课程内容和思政元素融合点,利用互联网技术和新型教学模式营造良好的课堂氛围,并结合学生反馈意见不断完善有机化学课程思政教学。开展有机化学课程思政既开拓学生视野,又帮助学生树立坚定的理想信念。Integrating ideological and political elements into the curriculum is one of the effective ways to complete the fundamental task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people teaching.According to the content characteristics of organic chemistry and the relevant knowledge reserve of students,it leads to the necessity of integrating organic chemistry curriculum with ideology and politics.By analyzing the problems existing in ideological and political teaching of the curriculum,taking students’needs as the orientation and taking strengthen moral education and cultivate people as the center,it proposes to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,dig deep into the ideological and political elements related to organic chemistry content,explore the fusion point of organic chemistry course content and ideological and political elements,and create a good class atmosphere by using internet technology and new teaching mode.The ideological and political teaching of organic chemistry course should be constantly improved based on students’feedback.The ideological and political development of organic chemistry course not only broadens students’horizon,but also helps students establish firm ideal and faith.
