摘 要:劳动进化史主要是技术的进化史,技术的发展为自由、创造性劳动提供可能,也推动着劳动教育革新。《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》将“新技术体验与应用”作为重要任务群首次融入课程之中,极大丰富了“新技术”的劳动教育意蕴。新技术与劳动形态、劳动过程、劳动要素及劳动结果密切关联,推动着劳动观念更新、劳动能力提升、创新精神培育、劳动习惯和劳动品质内化;据此,劳动课标从课程目标、课程内容、课程评价三个维度,赋予“新技术”以独特的劳动教育内涵。基于对劳动课程标准中“新技术”的理解,建议通过组建多样化“新技术”课程教育形式,凝聚多方参与的协同力量,加强高素质教师队伍建设,建设专兼结合的劳动师资队伍等路径,促进“新技术体验与应用”的有效实践。The evolution history of labor is mainly the evolution history of technology.The development of technology provides the possibility for free and creative labor,and also promotes the innovation of labor education.The Labor Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)integrates“new technology experience and application”as one of important task-groups into the curriculum for the first time,which greatly enriches the labor education implication of“new technology”.New technology is closely related to labor form,labor process,labor factors and labor results,which promotes the renewal of labor concept,the improvement of labor ability,the cultivation of innovative spirit,the internalization of labor habits and labor quality.Accordingly,the Labor Curriculum Standards gives the“new technology”a unique connotation of labor education from the three dimensions of curriculum objectives,curriculum content and curriculum evaluation.Based on the understanding of“new technology”in the labor curriculum standards,it is believed that the effective practice of“new technology experience and application”should be promoted by forming a diversified“new technology”curriculum education form,gathering the collaborative power of multi-party participation,strengthening the construction of high-quality teachers,and forming a teacher team consisting of both full-time and part-time teachers.
