摘　　要：实现高职院校基层党建与业务工作有机融合,不仅需要提高思想方面认识,还需要高度重视党建与业务工作深度融合。为此,有必要建立必要的工作机制、考核评价机制,以确保措施配套;同时,坚持创新驱动,党建引领,通过开展各种活动来推动基层党建提质增效,从而促进业务工作创新发展。To realize the organic integration of party building and business work at the grass-roots level in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary not only to improve the ideological understanding,but also to attach great importance to the deep integration of party building and professional work.Therefore,it is necessary to establish necessary working mechanisms,assessment and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the matching of measures.At the same time,it is important to adhere to innovation driven and party building led approaches,and promote the improvement and efficiency of grassroots party building through various activities,so as to promote innovative development of professional work.
